About Us
Leaders.ID is an international educational and leadership platform under the Yayasan Edukasi Harapan Indonesia, founded on February 27, 2019. Since its establishment, Leaders.ID has been committed to shaping a young generation that is broad-minded, critical, creative, and innovative.
With a strong focus on leadership development and character education, Leaders.ID prepares young people to become agents of change who are able to contribute at the national, regional, and global levels. Our initiatives are designed to give youth not only knowledge, but also the skills, networks, and opportunities to make real impact.
At Leaders.ID, we believe youth have the creativity, potential, and capacity to change the world, for themselves, their communities, and society at large. That is why our programs are open to both Indonesian and international participants, building bridges of collaboration and cultural exchange across borders.
What We Do
International Programs
We design international experiences that combine learning, networking, and cultural exchange. From conferences and focus group discussions (FGDs) to project pitchings, campus visits, and social projects, these programs give youth firsthand exposure to global issues while building their confidence and leadership capacity.
Scholarship Programs
Dedicated to Indonesian students, our scholarships support young people with great potential who need financial assistance. Through these opportunities, we aim to reduce educational barriers and empower more youth to pursue their dreams.
Competitions Programs
We believe in the power of competition as a platform for growth. Leaders.ID hosts national competitions in fields such as essays, business plans, infographics, poetry, and more. Providing a space for youth to showcase their talents, sharpen their skills, and gain recognition.
Internship Programs
For youth who are seeking professional experience, we open internship opportunities that allow them to learn, contribute, and grow in real organizational settings. These internships help young people build essential workplace skills and prepare for their future careers.
